Strategies and Skills for Powerful Physician-Nurse Communication

When:  Jul 12, 2011
Studies show that both physicians and nurses fall short of communicating their concerns to their colleagues because of a passive-aggressive style of communication and conflict avoidance.  A recent study of over 4,000 healthcare staff and leaders found that both staff and management are afraid to speak up.  How do we create the level of communication that our industry so desperately needs to move forward? Participants will leave the workshop prepared, empowered, and determined to engage in the conversations they have been avoiding!
