The MHA Workplace Safety Collaborative: Addressing Violence in Healthcare Settings Workshop will focus on how to develop and implement a workplace violence prevention program, discuss methods of addressing violence in the behavioral health population, such as de-escalation, silent alarms, leadership support and injury reporting channels.
