This community serves to provide an opportunity to share reminders, resources, important highlights and more. The community will be the main point of communication for the Action Community. We also encourage your organization to share challenges, successes and use the site for your benefit.

- All discussion posts are automatically emailed to the Age Friendly Community members.
- You can go back and view archived discussions.
- All resources and webinar recordings will be housed in the community library.
