Readmissions Tool Informational Webinar

The MHA Keystone Center and MHA Data Services team are hosting an informational webinar for a new tool for hospital users to track not only readmissions to the same hospital, but also account for readmissions to a different hospital. Basic reports will be available to all hospitals as part of the MHA Keystone Center subscription fee, with an enhanced version available for an additional fee. The tool will include readmissions reporting summaries, patient safety indicators, and, in the enhanced version, drill-down capabilities.
