    • Nov. 6 & 7: Outcome Engenuity's Just Culture Certification Course will teach members how to reduce adverse events and foster a culture of curiosity, shared learning and accountability. It will also take a detailed look at accountability systemwide and provide participants with the necessary tools to drive change within their organizations.

    Event Follow-up

    Training documents from the June 20 RCA² event are available on the MHA Community site.
    • The RCA² program has been approved for a total of 10.00 contact hours of Continuing Education credit toward fulfillment of the requirements of ASHRM designations of FASHRM (Fellow) and DFASHRM (Distinguished Fellow) and towards CPHRM renewal. To receive the full 10.00 contact hours, you need to complete all of the following criteria:
    • Attend the MHA Keystone Center PSO RCA² Training and complete the post-event survey (7)
    • Attend the follow-up webinar on Aug. 1 from 10 to 11 a.m. EDT. (1) (**Those who attended the RCA² event will be automatically registered for webinar.)
    • Submit an additional RCA to NextPlane (2)

    MHA Keystone Center PSO 101

    The MHA Keystone Center PSO launched a six-part micro-webinar series, “MHA Keystone Center PSO 101.” The micro-webinars provide high-level introductions to specific PSO concepts and help identify ways to gain the most value from your MHA Keystone Center PSO membership.
