An updated 2018-2019 MHA Keystone Center Peer Group (PG 5) Scoring Index is available in the
Member Forum on the MHA Community site. There are updated indexes for both PG5 groups of critical access and non-critical access hospitals.
Updates were made in the performance section of each scoring index to:
- Update the baseline period of each performance measure.
- Use numerators to demonstrate improvement vs. rate.
- Share an exception for the "Falls with Injury" measure for hospitals with sustained zeros in their baseline.
Reminder: PG5 hospitals must submit their Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan Pay-for-Performance
